We need your HELP! Gifts of the heart provides gifts to children, teens, seniors and dependent adults in Child Protective Services and Senior & Adult Services, who would otherwise be without Christmas gifts.  Stop by the table in the foyer after the 7:45 or 10:30 service and select one or more yellow cards.  Purchase one or all of the items listed.  Return your gift with the yellow card attached by Dec. 1, 2017.  Any question call Sis. The Northern California Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America has selected the SBC Combined Choir to be honored for the 6th Annual Crystal Choir Award.  This awards program salutes the longevity, consistency, and standard bearing of the Northern California Church Choirs – those who have showed devotion and excellence in their service to the Lord Jesus Christ and also to their communities.  The 6th Annual “Crystal Awards Program” will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 5:00 PM at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 6901 Herbert Guice Way, Oakland, California.  Our Pastor, Rev. Anthony Sadler will introduce and present our honored church choir prior to their rendering two selections.  The Combined Choir will be chartering buses to motor to the bay area to celebrate, minister in song and receive this award.  If you would like to go and support the choir in this celebration please sign up in the church office no later than November 12th.  One of the event coordinators will contact you with further information.  Once again Congratulations SBC Combined Choir so proud of what God is doing through each of you. November will be dedicated to Alzheimer & Epilepsy. We will have information to share with you on the fourth Sunday. The color is purple. Please join us as we educate ourselves with more awareness on these two diseases.   Thank you

Thank you Shiloh Family for your generous giving for the Hurricane Harvey victims.  The Houston United Way was sent a check for $7,100.00.  If you know of those that may still be experiencing financial hardship by the Harvey, Irma and Maria hurricanes – we ask that if you have family members or know someone affected by this devastation, please submit your name and telephone number, on or before the 1st Sunday in November to the church office please.  Thank you.  ~Pastor Sadler


Rev. Jackson, Matrons and Friends will go out November 18th to feed the homeless.  We are asking for donations of sweatshirts/warm outer wear (gently used) and toiletries.  If any members would like to accompany us, please feel free to do so.  We will meet at the church at 12 noon for prayer.  Shiloh, you have been so helpful in this endeavor.  Thank you.          ~Matrons Auxiliary
